E Safety Top Tips

Never give out personal information when you're chatting or posting online. This includes your email address, phone number and passwords.

If something makes you feel uncomfortable or worried, tell a trusted adult. This may be a parent, carer, grandparent

Remember online friends are strangers, they may lie about who they are. Even if you have been online friends a long while, only meet up with your parent or carer present.

Emails and files from people you don't know could contain nasty messages or viruses. Think carefully before opening.

Information found online may not be true, always check with other websites, books or someone who knows.
